Pool Guy Supply, Inc. reserves the right to modify, alter, or update these terms and conditions at any time, and you agree to comply with such modifications, alterations, or updates. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice. Pool Guy Supply, Inc. shall not be held liable for any clerical, graphical, typographical and/or printing errors. Pool Guy Supply, Inc. often obtains product photographs from third party vendors and/or manufacturers. We do not investigate to determine if information is accurate nor can we provide assurance that all data is free of typographical errors. Pool Guy Supply, Inc. reserves the right to refuse sales to anyone and reserves the right to refuse sales that are the result of a clerical error or error in quote.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS & WARRANTY INFORMATION
Most of the products sold by Pool Guy Supply, Inc. carry a manufacturer warranty. Please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty information packaged with your product if you feel you have a defective product. Pool Guy Supply, Inc. does not express or imply any other warranties. Pool Guy Supply, Inc. cannot be held responsible for any injury, loss, cost, or damage due to customer negligence. For all warranty replacements, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. The buyer assumes all responsibility, without exception, outside of a manufacturer’s stated return policy or warranty. You may contact Pool Guy Supply, Inc. for assistance working with the manufacturer to resolve an issue.
RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are used to locate returned packages and issue a refund accordingly. Customers wishing to cancel or return an item must request a RMA number by emailing us via the “Contact Us” webpage. After receiving your request, Pool Guy Supply, Inc. may provide a return shipping label with the RMA number printed on it and deduct the shipping cost from your refund. All product returns are subject to the authorization of Pool Guy Supply, Inc. and/or the manufacturer of the product. All returns require an RMA number on the shipping label prior to returning the product. Without an RMA number, all returned items will be refused and you, the buyer, will be responsible for return shipping.
Cancellations are only permissible for products that have not already been shipped or picked up. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact Pool Guy Supply, Inc. by visiting our “Contact Us” page and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To be eligible for a refund, your must receive a RMA number.
All returns must be approved by Pool Guy Supply, Inc. and have a RMA number for credit to be given to an account. Please visit the “Contact Us” page to request a RMA number and give us a detailed description as to why you are looking to return the item. Upon receiving your request, one of our representatives will get back to you as quickly as possible. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and actual shipping charges may apply. The original handling charge is not refundable.
Items must have original packaging, warranty cards, and ALL owners’ manuals to be returned - without this - they are not returnable. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping a return item back to us, and all returns must be clean, unused and in resalable condition, including original packaging. Special orders, electronics, and products shipped by freight truck line are non-returnable, regardless of whether or not they are defective. If you feel you have a detective product, please contact us and/or the manufacturer directly to resolve the issue before attempting to return the product to Pool Guy Supply, Inc.
Items damaged in transit by the delivery carrier require a copy of the carrier’s paperwork clearly notating that the item was damaged when it arrived. In the case of a misprinted price, your order will not be filled and money will be refunded in full. If Pool Guy Supply, Inc. ships you the wrong product by our mistake, please contact us to notify us of the mistake. We will promptly refund you in full or exchange the item for the right product if returned undamaged to Pool Guy Supply, Inc. within 10 days of receipt. Pool Guy Supply, Inc. will cover the cost of return shipping for items we’ve sent by our mistake.
In the case that a delivery is refused, Pool Guy Supply, Inc. reserves the right to charge a 20% processing fee and re-stocking fee, original shipping, return shipping, and any other applicable refusal fees on products that would have qualified for an RMA. Products that would not have qualified for an RMA will not be credited or refunded.
